Position: Donations Program Customer Support

Sarah Rayner Fry is DonorTec and TechSoup NZ Admin and Customer Support. She helps to answer some of those tricky eligibility questions and to help a number of nonprofits sign up for our donation and discount program.

Prior to her current role, Sarah was Customer Sales Support for Telstra, where she was responsible for customer sales, enquiries and telecommunication needs. She was also a Counsellor and Group Leader for the Australian Breastfeeding Association Unley/Burnside group for 7 years.

She has experience in the following industries: Retail, Local Government, Health Insurance and Car Rental. She also has experience in training and has spent most of her adult working life in the pursuit of delivering excellent Customer Service.

Sarah has attended the University of Life - living and working in London and Brisbane for 8 years.

Sarah enjoys jazz ballet class, the gym, dining out, reading, fine wines, champagne, and of course, her most satisfying role being a Mum to her lovely daughter.
