Josh Goodwin is the Manager of Connecting Up’s Discount and Donation Programs. He divides a majority of his time at Connecting up between managing Connecting Up’s customer support team and brokering new relationships to provide ongoing value-add services to the not-for-profit sector.
After spending a number of years in finance, Josh’s career at Connecting Up began in 2007 as a customer support officer with the DonorTec donations program. Connecting Up has given Josh valuable insight in to the not-for-profit sector in his time at the organisation. From providing frontline customer support, marketing and outreach, research and analysis of nonprofit IT needs, and completing a Diploma in Management in 2011, Josh is well equipped to assist in the development of Connecting Up’s growing list of programs and services.
Outside of the workplace Josh likes to spend time relaxing on the golf course or playing with his 2 kids, Ollie and Lily.
