Let’s be honest. While Adobe make great programs, they can be daunting to use – and when you’re strapped for time and resources, finding the help you need can be tricky.

We put the call out on Facebook and Twitter to come up with a list of ten websites that can help you make the most of Adobe products for your not-for-profit. Thanks to everyone who contributed!
Adobe has a lot of products, and finding that ‘one-stop-shop’ for tutorials can be a real time saver. Here are a number of sites that your not-for-profit can find resources that cover a range of Adobe products.
The tuts+ series of sites is a comprehensive look at the latest in tutorials, including many of the Adobe products available through DonorTec.
Their dedicated Photoshop site, Psdtuts+ is a good place to start as it covers the basic of the renowned design program.

Adobe’s own education centre offers a lot of information about the latest from Adobe but offers a bunch of hints and tips for your not-for-profit. Spend a bit of time and have a flick through the site, there’s plenty to see and learn.
The Vanderlay Design blog is a rich resource for inspiration when it comes to your next design project.
Another design blog with tutorials, ideas for inspiration and free resources such as textures.
DevinatArt is a huge online community for creatives that also has sub-groups that discuss various topics such as the #photoshop-tutorials group.
A series of online shows targeted at different creative groups with a strong focus on Photoshop, but also has shows covering other Adobe products.
There are also plenty of resources out there for specific programs. Here are two shared with us.
MakeUseOf has a series of tips and guides, including this downloadable guide to Adobe Illustrator. It’s a good basic overview with some practical guides.
Community radio station, SYN, has put together a guide on using Adobe Audition for those needing to work with audio.
There are also a number of paid sites that offer content. Here are a couple that have been recommended online:
