Last year, Connecting Up (Australia) and NTEN (USA) launched our first international mutual scholarship program for nonprofits. Through this scholarship program, three Australian nonprofit workers were sent to Washington, DC last March 2011 to attend 11NTC. And, in return, two North American nonprofit workers were sent to Melbourne last June 2011 to attend CU11.
The opportunity to learn and to share resources around the world has been a fascinating experience for everyone involved. And, we're pleased to be able to bring this program back.
NTEN has already started recruiting North American nonprofits to come and join our Connecting Up 2012 conference. So, now, we're inviting Australian nonprofits to send in applications to be considered for this scholarship.
To be considered for this amazing opportunity, please review and fill out our scholarship application form. Make sure you're eligible* and clear to go.
For this scholarship, TWO (2) lucky nonprofit employees in Australia will be notified to go to the Nonprofit Technology Conference 2012 (12NTC), which will be held in San Francisco, USA on 3-5 April 2012. We will also be offering part scholarships to eligible nonprofits.
Applications for the CU-NTEN international mutual scholarship program is open from 2 December 2011 to 15 January 2012. Winners will be notified on or before the 31st of January 2012.
