Finding the resources to get the technology you need for your non-profit is not always easy but is often critical to your work. That’s why we are doing the Connecting Up Nonprofit Technology survey 2011 as part of our ongoing research for the sector.

It is over two years since the last survey on technology use (computers, software and telecommunications) and many things have changed in the technology realm. Politically, with the recent Productivity Commission review of the sector, the establishment of the Office for the Not-for-Profit Sector, and the roll out of the National Broadband Network, there are now real opportunities to influence policy to meet the needs of nonprofits.
The previous surveys 2006 and 2008 provided valuable insights into what problems and issues nonprofits and charities were facing, and assisted Connecting Up in lobbying for technology capacity development services. They also provided valuable research for us in developing our DonorTec and MatchIT programs, and the annual Connecting Up events, to better meet your needs.
The final report will be made public as a free download.
