Executive Salaries in the not-for-profit sector – What is reasonable to expect in 2012?

We all recognise the enormous impact our Executive team has on the success of enterprises. Their desire to contribute to the not-for-profit sector and make a difference for others underpins the positive motivation to take on leadership roles within the sector.

Historically, a challenge for many Boards has been in determining the appropriate remuneration package to support and retain these high performing and motivated Executives. CBB recognised this gap, and introduced its annual Executive Salary Survey in 2010 to assist in providing meaningful remuneration information.
