An IT Improvement Guide for Australian NFP and Community Organisations

Towards the end of 2011, the Office for the Community Sector, Department of Planning and Community Development in Victoria published the report, "Community Organisations Making The Most Out of Technology: An ICT Improvement Guide". Here, you can download this report and find out the highlights.

This very useful report shares a number of resources and case studies on the use of technology in the sector. Topics such as planning and governance, email, CRMs, cloud computing, content management, social media, and websites are all covered in this report. And, we are pleased to note that a number of Connecting Up programs had been mentioned here, including DonorTec (technology donations and discounts program) and MatchIT (technology service provider list that support communities).
