For those who are not familiar with this event, here is what it's all about:
Connecting Up 2011 is the nonprofit interactive event for learning and thinking strategically about how innovation and technology can improve our operations and outcomes
This year’s Connecting Up conference picks up on a number of recent nonprofit sector studies and discussions on social innovation, capacity development and social enterprise.
The conference will be held at the Crown Conference Centre in Melbourne from 1 to 3 June. Our main theme for 2011 is "Reboot Your Nonprofit".
We've already lined up a couple of international keynote speakers - Holly Ross and Allen ('Gunner') Gunn - for our delegates. Plus, we have a number of early confirmed speakers and presenters on the event. So, you can have an idea of what's in store on our premier 3-day event.
Full registration costs $395 (GST included), which includes admission to sessions on Wednesday and Saturday, as well as morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea, satchel and conference materials.. For DonorTec-registered organisations, we offer a discounted rate of $345 (GST included, save $50 per delegate).
There's also a workshop fee of $220 (GST included), which includes admission to Friday workshop, as well as morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea.
Also, if you or someone you know is keen to be a speaker at the conference, we have extended the deadline for expressions of interest until Friday, 4 February 2011. Find out more about speaking or presenting at the Connecting Up 2011 conference.
