CTC Association's Training, Resources and Web manager, Linda Woodrow, talks about the tools used by the Association to filter information overload and keep the network abreast of fast moving changes in ICT, funding, management, governance and media, through production of a weekly newsletter with minimal resources and keeping it fresh and "must read”, and maintaining an up-to-date and relevant extranet.
