Speaker Bio: Naomi Hamilton is a Digital Strategist at Blackbaud Pacific, having joined the Internet Services Division (ISD) in 2009. Naomi has a passion for web-based marketing strategies, and has consulted with a variety of Blackbaud clients on the optimisation of online giving practices, online health checks, search marketing, email marketing and online writing. Naomi has worked in a variety of business to business (B2) and business to consumer (B2C) marketing positions, and has coordinated the online marketing activities for the Australian arm of the world’s largest IT publisher. Her previous roles have been focused on lead generation, email marketing, content management and social media. She has run workshops and presented at conferences for a number of organisations including the Fundraising Institute of Australia (FIA) and the Association of Development and Alumni Professionals in Education (ADAPE).
