a customer service representative. You must follow the prompts to ensure you get through to the correct person and then advise that you wish to activate your volume license keys.
Please be ready to quote your licence, order and authorisation numbers from
your Open Licence Confirmation email
that you have mentioned in your email below. You may also need to call the
Microsoft Activation Centre number to access Client Access Licenses (CALs) you
have ordered where you have not received any physical media.
