Hi Ian, Understand that change is not easy, especially for a system that's as important as this. Feel free to come along to the webinar anyway and maybe pose the question to the facilitator. Or if you have a specific question now you can email me at events@connectingup.org so I can inform the presenter for him to address at the webinar. We are also hoping to have another webinar that go through the main reasons why most CRM implementations fail and how to avoid them. This might also be a good one for you. Keep an eye out on our emails to find out the webinar schedule. Thanks. Christine
