•The GiftWorks donation program is available to organisations that have been qualified as nonprofit organisations and libraries.
•Only organisations with annual operating budgets of $45,000 or less are eligible to receive a GiftWorks donated products.
•Organisations that advocate, support, or practice discrimination based on age, ethnicity, gender, national origin, disability, race, size, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic background are not eligible to participate in this program. Organisations must be willing and able to attest that they do not discriminate on any of these grounds in order to receive donations.
Guidelines•One item request may be fulfilled within a fiscal year – 1 July to 30 June.
•Products will be distributed under this program to qualifying organisations, not to individuals.
•An organisation may use a donation request to upgrade its license to a new version of GiftWorks Standard, but only if the license was originally received through Connecting Up.
•This donation may not be used to add users to a GiftWorks license.
•Recipient organisations must be willing and able to provide information to GiftWorks for the purposes of creating a case study or testimonial on this program.
•GiftWorks products may not be transferred or resold.
