What happens after I place a Microsoft Order?

Instructions to access your volume licence keys will be sent to your organisation’s registered e-mail address.

All necessary installation media will be delivered to your organisation’s registered address; it may be delivered in several shipments.

If you have ordered an English/Multilanguage title, you may receive multiple software installation CDs, amongst which will be the English version.

If you have ordered a server title, you may receive multiple installation CDs.

You will only receive one media kit for installation purposes even if you have ordered multiple licenses
