What happens after I register for the donation and discount program?

 

Action required

  • A validation email will be sent to your organisation's email address. You will need to click on the web link that has been sent to your organisation's email address to validate your email address.
  • Please ensure that your spam filters are not filtering our emails. If you do not receive your validation email within 5 minutes, please send an email entitled "Email Validation" from your organisation's email address to customercare@connectingup.org 

 

When can I place an order?

  • Please note that registration with Connecting Up donation and discount program does not guarantee qualification with all the donor and discount partners.
  • Connecting Up will contact you regarding your organisation's qualification for the various donation and discount partners within 3 working days after your account has been validated. Once you receive the qualification email you will be able to place an order online.
