What is MatchIT?

MatchIT is a service that enables DonorTec members to harness the expertise of nonprofit technology service providers.

MatchIT has been specifically designed to assist in the capacity building of Australian nonprofit organisations and is proudly  provided by Connecting Up  in partnership with Microsoft.

MatchIT enables DonorTec members to:

• Pose technology related questions to our database of nonprofit technology service providers. These suppliers may then post responses to your questions online.
• Search for a nonprofit technology service provider by geographic service area or type of service you require.
• Access Specials that any of our service providers are currently offering.

Who can utilise the services of MatchIT?

You must be a qualified DonorTec member to utilise the services of MatchIT. If you are a nonprofit yet to register with DonorTec register here.

How can MatchIT assist my nonprofit?

DonorTec members can use MatchIT to:

• search for technology providers that offer services/products you require
• pose technology questions to our database of technology service providers
• access specials and discounts from our IT providers   

How long will it take for my service provider to be approved once I have registered online?

Typically you will receive notification within 3 days that your organisation has been listed as a service provider on MatchIT.

Why should technology service providers register withMatchIT?

Technology service providers can use MatchIT to: 

• help build the capacity of the nonprofit sector
• offer products and services to an ever increasing client base of Australian nonprofits
• build relationships with nonprofit clients
• build a strong reputation within the nonprofit sector as a reliable technology resource

As a technology service provider registering on MatchIT can I register the same email address as I have for DonorTec?

Unfortunately not. You must use an email address that has not previously been registered with DonorTec. If you do, you will receive an error message when you go to submit your registration. Your registration will not be received.

How can I remove the special I have lodged with MatchIT?

You will be unable to remove specials that you have lodged with MatchIT yourself. Please notify DonorTec support@donortec.org to remove your special

I am a DonorTec member can I log in with the same username and password?

Yes you can log in with the same username and password you use with DonorTec. This will mean you can post questions on Ask and Expert and receive answers directly to your organisation email.

How can I view the full details of a special which is listed?

You need to be logged in with your username and password to view the full details of a special.
