#CU11

Holly Ross spoke recently at the Connecting Up 2011 conference on leading change with the latest trends in technology.
Hey, it's great to see that people have already started blogging about their CU11 experience. This discussion is for people who want to share their blog posts from CU11.
Compiling two days worth of tweets from Connecting Up 2011 was a huge task! Thankfully, the great people at Storify run a free online service which pulls in information from various sources to create online stories. Here's how we used it.
We'd like to say a huge thanks to Pro Bono Australia who were our official media partner for Connecting Up 2011. It was great to have Asha and Ryan there taking photos, contributing to the #CU11 Twitter stream and also reporting from the conference.
Connecting Up 2011's day 2 keynote speaker, Heather Gold will be staying in Australia a little longer after the conference is over. Part of her schedule will be to take part in Gathering 2011, but also run her popular UnPresenting Workshop. (Keep reading for a discount code for Connecting Up 2011 attendees).
Connecting Up 2011: Reboot Your Nonprofit is well underway here at the Crown Conference Centre, Melbourne. With nearly 400 delegates from nonprofit organisations across Australia, there’s an electric feel here as people are talking about and discovering new things together.
Connecting Up 2011: Reboot Your Nonprofit is only a couple of days away. With over 40 guest speakers coming along, and over 400 delegates from nonprofits around Australia, it's going to be a fantastic event. Donnie Maclurcan is one of our speakers and will be running a breakout session named "The Big Picture, Online and on the Ground." During his session, he'll be looking at his 25 favourite online tools and also address how they'll be used for economic change. Donnie is the Founder and CEO of the community development oragnisation, Project Australia. He is also the Co-founder of the Post Growth Institute - an international group inspiring and equipping people to explore path sot global prosperity that don't rely on economic growth. To learn more about Donnie and what he'll be addressing, check out his answers to a short interview we did with him.

Unfortunately, due to urgent personal reasons, keynote speaker, Allen ‘Gunner’ Gunn will not be able to come to Connecting Up 2011 and he sends his regrets to you all.
