We have an important update for all Connecting Up members regarding the Adobe donation program. The donated Adobe Acrobat licences available to not-for-profits through Connecting Up will no longer be offered after 25 March 2025.
If you haven’t yet taken advantage of this offer, we strongly encourage you to order your licences before it’s too late. All licence orders must be placed and paid for before the 25 March 2025 deadline.

- If you haven’t ordered your Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 licences yet
Now is the time to act. This is your last chance to get Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 licences through Connecting Up. While the product's official support will end on 30 November 2025, your licence will still remain active and functional beyond that date, offering continued value without the ongoing subscription fees. - If you already have Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 licences
Don’t worry – this change won’t affect your existing licences. Your current licence will remain valid but official support from Adobe will end 30 November 2025.
FAQs: Addressing Your Key Questions
Q: When will these licences be unavailable?
A: All orders must be placed and paid for by 25 March 2025. After this date, donated Adobe Acrobat licences will no longer be available.
Q: Will my existing licences stop working?
A: No. If you already have a donated licence, it will remain active and valid. There’s no need to take any action regarding your existing licences.
Q: Will my Adobe subscriptions be affected by this change?
A: No, this update only affects the desktop/device-based licences for Acrobat Pro 2020. Subscription products, such as Acrobat Pro DC, the “All Apps” plan, and individual app subscriptions, will not be impacted by this change. You can continue using those subscriptions without interruption.
Q: Will Adobe offer any other discounts for Acrobat Pro?
A: Yes. Not-for-profits and charities can still access discounts on Adobe products. For individual subscriptions, Adobe offers a Not-For-Profit discount on Acrobat Pro DC and the All Apps suite. Additionally, ACNC-registered charities can explore the Creative Cloud for Teams program, which provides discounted rates for various Adobe subscription products.
