For the third and final session, Ryan covers some of the fundamental components of effective digital marketing - website hosting basics, content management systems, analytics, and technical and content SEO basics.

Alecia is on a mission to make not-for-profits and social enterprises around the world more successful and sustainable by building their social media confidence. She is a sought-after speaker and not-for-profit trainer working with organisations worldwide. For 11 years, she was the director of Hancock Creative and founded the award-winning Unite and Change the World events. Her business was named WA Telstra Micro Business of the Year WA and won an Australian Web award for Social Media Campaign of the Year.
Alecia was also chosen as one of WA’s most influential people in business by NIFNEX. Alecia is also a university lecturer at Notre Dame University on interactive media. In her past life, she was a journalist and magazine editor published in Marie claire, Cosmopolitan, The West Australia and The Daily Telegraph. With over 15 years of experience as a journalist and magazine editor, 11 years teaching digital marketing skills to charities and social enterprises, and positions on boards and committees at Girl Guides Australia and Salvation Army, Alecia is well known in the NFP sector.

Ryan Jones - Founder & CEO Refuel Creative - A growth-focused web design agency

Ryan Jones is a certified marketing professional with over 20 years experience in the industry. Ryan has spoken at conferences across Australia and South East Asia and shared his expertise in digital marketing, web design, and Google Ads.

Nicola is a Senior Manager in PWC’s Cyber Security and Digital Trust team. Nicola has expertise designing and delivering cyber security education programs. She has a strong focus on clear communication, and strives to present technical information to non-technical audiences in a relevant and meaningful manner. She works with not for profits to understand and uplift their cybersecurity maturity.

Sam has over 6 years experience in IT risk, information security, third party assurance and internal audit engagements working across banking, insurance, technology and government industries within Australia and Hong Kong.
Prior to joining PwC, Sam has held in-house roles across all three lines of defence at a Big Four Australian Bank, and a large NSW Government agency.
