Need funding for your organisation but don't know where to start with trusts and foundations or government grants? Successful grants programs have a few things in common: a planned and strategic approach with documented processes and strategies, great project plans and excellent funder engagement and stewardship - not to mention the application writing!
This bootcamp with Strategic Grants takes a deep dive into the best-practice processes and principles of a successful grant-seeking program, covering: getting your organisation grant-ready with key documents and processes in place, planning and packaging projects, prospect identification and matching, funder relationships and reporting, writing essentials, and how to build your case for funding. We'll be pointing you to excellent resources along the way, so you can take your learning further.
