Leadership is less about special skills associated only with senior roles, jobs or titles and more about actions all of us can undertake when seeking to make a positive difference. Watch this webinar to learn how you can be a better leader in your organisation
The session turns on the view that 'leadership' is a verb that leadership is about actions that all of us - regardless of position, location or experience - can and should pursue if we want strong not-for-profit organisations, vibrant communities and ways to improve the lives of others.
Some of the themes we will touch on include:
- Leading and managing simultaneously
- The importance of strategy and clever networking
- Understanding the often conflicting influences of politics
- Building partnerships critical for sustainability
- Problem solving and dealing constructively with obstacles to change
