If you're looking for a way to manage your relationship with your clients or donors, this one hour webinar from TechSoup will show you how Microsoft Dynamics CRM can help.
Hosted by our global partners, TechSoup, this webinar takes you through the basics of Microsoft Dynamics CRM with Shawn Michael of NPower Northwest and Srilakshmi Remala from Washington STEM.
Shawn looks at Microsoft Dynamics CRM's functionality, integration options, help and support options with a focus on how not-for-profits can use it. Srilakshmi then looks at a real implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM from a not-for-profit perspective and its benefits.
