Microsoft Copilot encompasses a range of AI-related products. AI functions differ across Microsoft Copilot products.

Microsoft Copilot products can analyze your organization's data, generate new content, and provide answers for stakeholders.

Microsoft 365 Copilot	Microsoft 365 Copilot integrates AI functionality into Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, and Word. You can use Microsoft 365 Copilot to summarize documents and meetings, draft written content, get suggestions and feedback for your work, and analyze data — all from within Microsoft 365 apps. An active Microsoft 365 or Office 365 license is required to add a Microsoft 365 Copilot license.
Microsoft 365 Copilot Business	Microsoft 365 Copilot Business has the same features as Microsoft 365 Copilot, but it is for organizations with no more than 300 users. An active Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Standard, or Premium license is required to add a Microsoft 365 Copilot Business license.
Microsoft Copilot Studio	Microsoft Copilot Studio allows you to create custom AI assistants for employees, volunteers, and constituents. You can use premade content building blocks that contain topics, trigger phrases, and scripts for conversations. The AI assistants you create can generate answers drawing from internal and external sources.
Microsoft Copilot Studio User License	If you have an account-level license for Microsoft Copilot Studio, this license enables one user to build and manage custom AI assistants. To use Microsoft Copilot Studio, you will need to request a single account-level license and a user license for each user who will build and manage AI assistants.
