Refuel’s Marketing Hub Onboarding package is designed for not-for-profits using Marketing Hub for the first time. Although, not-for-profits that have self-implemented HubSpot Free and want to upgrade to a paid plan may also get value from this service.

We’ll setup your HubSpot portal to help you achieve your marketing goals from the start, and provide you with the training resources to be able to keep your organisation in first place.

This onboarding is available for all tiers of HubSpot Marketing Hub - Free, Starter, Pro or Enterprise. Exactly what is included will vary depending on the tier of HubSpot Marketing Hub you’ve purchased, and the features you have access to.

 

Through your Marketing Hub onboarding journey, there are three stages:

  1. Planning - Getting off to the best start, we’ll work with you to review and plan your HubSpot setup. We’ll review your integrations, data sources, and identify any information that needs to be cleaned and imported.

  2. Setup - Once we’ve got the plan complete, we’ll start setting up your HubSpot portal. We’ll create your custom properties, connect your domains, link your forms, import your data, and get you ready to go.

  3. Training - With your portal setup, we’ll support your team to learn about your HubSpot portal so that you are ready to be self-sufficient.

 

For organisations implementing HubSpot Marketing Hub Pro or Enterprise, your setup will also include setting up your marketing automation, so you have the right workflows for your marketing, fundraising or sales processes.

 

What’s not included?

As part of this onboarding, we will import data supplied by you, using a CSV template we provide you at the start of your onboarding. Cleaning this data and preparing it for import can be provided at an additional cost.

This onboarding does not include custom integrations, but these can be scoped as part of your planning and quoted at an additional cost.
