The MS130-24-HW is a Cisco Meraki MS130 Series cloud-managed layer 2 access switch. It provides 24 Gigabit Ethernet ports and 4 Gigabit Ethernet SFP uplinks. The Apple Watch Series 4 models look similar to earlier models, but have larger displays, more advanced input capabilities, more powerful internals, and more advanced sensors (most notably a new accelerometer and gyroscope that can detect falls and an electrical heart sensor).
