Office Desktop Installation Support is a special TechSoup Help Desk service that provides remote support to download and install Microsoft Office 2019 & 2021 suites and individual applications obtained through TechSoup. This offer is for the installation service only, it does not include Office licenses. For the Office licenses, you may purchase these separate here.

Microsoft Products Must Be Downloaded Within Five Days After your request for this product is approved and the licenses are made available to you, you will have five days to download the product and license keys. To avoid a delay in access to your products, please follow the instructions we provide to obtain your products from the Microsoft 365 admin center as soon as they are available.   System Center Data Protection Manager enables disk-based data protection and recovery for file and application servers as well as client computers.

Windows Server is Microsoft's solution for workgroup file, print, and communication servers, as well as for Internet content delivery. If an organisation has a large number of authenticated external Internet users accessing Windows Server or utilizing Windows Services, an external connector license (ECL) allows an unlimited number of simultaneous connections. This offer provides one ECL for Windows Server. For a small number of authenticated external users, a more economical solution might be to acquire client access licenses (CALs) for the maximum number of simultaneous connections expected. Please note that an organisation with an ECL still has to acquire CALs for the internal devices accessing the server. No license is required for anonymous Internet users.

Office for Mac is fully compatible with Office for Windows and backward compatible with previous versions of Office for both platforms.
