The PSAX 1250 Fan Tray is designed to to be used with the PSAX 1250 chassis, which requires forced air cooling to dissipate the heat build-up generated by modules in the PSAX 1250 chassis. Multiple system configurations installed in one rack or frame requires another Fan Tary or an optional, separately orderable 19-inch or 23-inch air deflector mounted just above the PSAX 1250 chassis. Depending on site requirements, an air deflector must be mounted above the highest level in the rack or frame (see ”Installation Guidelines” on page 9).
