With more than 300 staff supporting almost 25,000 clients, Centrecare’s important work has been supported for the last 15 years by Connecting Up’s donations and discounts program. She returned to Australia in 2000, founding Bridge Point Communications (specialists in data networking and security) with two other colleagues, where she developed and worked in the security consulting team. Dr Siganto completed her PhD on privacy and information security practice in 2014. In 2017 she established Ringrose Siganto Consulting, a law firm specialising in privacy and security. Dr Siganto is an authorised trainer for (ISC)2 and iapp (the International Association of Privacy Professionals) and has been delivering training in her area for over 15 years. She has been involved with a range of industry groups, including acting as the Chair of the AISA Policy Committee. In addition to her other works, Dr Siganto pursues cyber security and privacy related research projects. She has participated in a study led by Royal Holloway, University of London, which mapped some of the unique traits of information security practitioners in Australia and led AISA’s research into the Australian Cyber Security Skills Shortage. About the Facilitator: Kylie Dayman Kylie has over 20 years’ experience working in project management, category management and procurement. She has a passion for helping not for profit organisations improve their spend management and supplier engagement to optimise their ability to support their customers. She is Head of Procurement Mentoring and Advisory services at DAYMAN procurement and through this Kylie currently supports aged care and disability organisations in up-skilling and mentoring staff in procurement leaving organisations enabled to enhance their spend management for the future. Additionally, enabling procurement value to small organisations through collaborative procurement. Kylie has recently: Mentored teams through several tenders in the aged care sector including medical consumables, and residential agency care resulting in spend optimisation and innovation. Implemented the tender process including templates and guidance documentation for medium sized aged care organisations. Facilitated co-design collaboration workshops across large, medium and small disability and aged care organisations. Undertaken several collaboration procurement tenders with organisations across aged care, health and education sectors resulting in spend and resource optimisation.
