Rachel is a Senior Solutions Consultant at Blackbaud. Since joining Blackbaud in July 2011, she has worked with over 100 small to large not-for-profits in Asia-Pacific implementing The Raiser’s Edge and eTapestry CRMs and delivering best practice fundraising and database consultancy. As a Solutions Consultant, Rachel works closely with the Blackbaud account management team to provide customers and prospects with industry best practice fundraising solutions and consultancy.
Rachel’s prior experience in the non-profit industry has included program design and delivery; fundraising; online communications; campaign strategy development; volunteer management; community engagement; and database administration. She has worked and volunteered for a range of small to large not-for-profits, including extensive involvement in youth and women’s charitable organisations.
