Paradoxically, the financial management of not-for-profits is more complex and demanding compared to that of similar sized, profit-orientated organisations. However, there are some common drivers and strategies that successful not-for-profits employ to stay ahead.

This webinar is an introduction to developing a sustainable financial strategy for (at least partly) donor-funded organisations. As such, this webinar is designed specifically for senior non-finance professionals in the sector.

The talking points:

  • How not to manage a charity
  • How to build a financially sustainable operation model for not-for-profits
  • The top 3 donor trends and what they mean
  • Jargon buster and some common tips about: Consortium leads, Value for Money, Private Sector partnering
  • The Money is not a dirty word – the culture of not-for-profits vs money
