Some of the very best in technology innovation and excellence across the not-for-profit and private sectors will be recognised at this year’s Connecting Up Australian Not-for-Profit Technology Awards. The Awards will be held at the Melbourne Convention Centre on Thursday 6 May 2020.
In a year that delivered some of the biggest challenges for not-for-profits including COVID-19 and the 2019-20 bushfire season, many organisations and individuals have adopted new technologies to allow staff to work from home, access information, stay connected, collaborate as a team, and fulfil their missions. These annual awards offer the not-for-profit sector an opportunity to recognise their fellow colleagues for these achievements.
Award categories include:
-
Technology Volunteer of the Year (individual)
-
Not-For-Profit Technology Lifetime Service Award (individual)
-
Best Social Media Campaign of the Year (organisation)
-
Not-For-Profit Technology Innovator of the Year (organisation)
-
Technology for Community Impact Award – Best Private Sector Organisation
-
Technology for Community Impact Award – Best Government Agency
-
Best Technology Achievement by an Indigenous Australian (individual)
-
Best Accidental IT Person (individual)
Nominations are now open and close on 18 April 2021.
