Staff and volunteers from Connecting Up have been putting a digital ‘spring’ in their step at Infoxchange’s Digital Springboard program in Adelaide.
Digital Springboard is a program by Infoxchange and Google that helps people learn the digital skills they need to thrive in work and life.
The community-based program works to address digital skills gaps to ensure no one is left behind in the digital world.
All of the courses are delivered face-to-face and provide significant support for individuals and communities.
Connecting Up’s SA Community Team Coordinator Catherine McIntyre said the event in Adelaide had provided helpful support and guidance.
“We were very fortunate to attend the Digital Springboard event in Adelaide and found it to be extremely useful,” said McIntyre.
“The digital skills gap is one of the most important areas where action needs to be taken, and the work being done by Infoxchange and Google in this space is invaluable.”
If you’d like to join the Digital Springboard program as a delivery partner, Infoxchange and Google would like to hear from you.
Delivery partners will receive in-person or online training, course materials, facilitator notes, ‘how to’ guides and ongoing support.
