The MT11-HW is a Cisco Meraki MT series cloud-managed indoor temperature probe sensor. When connected to a network through a compatible MR series access point or MV series camera, this sensor can be used to monitor temperature in refrigerated environments in real time to identify equipment issues and prevent the loss of perishable goods. The enterprise cloud license provides five years of access to the Meraki cloud platform, product updates, and support.

A bare metal or glycol-encased temperature probe must be requested separately for this device to function.

This device is battery powered, but it can also be powered with an external power supply or adapter.

MT series devices can connect to a Cisco Meraki network only through compatible MR series access points or MV cameras in the same network.

Obtaining Your Product

Connecting Up might request additional information to verify that your organization matches the Cisco philanthropy guidelines. You will receive a confirmation email from Connecting Up when your request is approved, followed by additional messages with shipping and delivery information. You should receive your product within three weeks of the approval date.

This product cannot be shipped to a PO Box. If your organization's shipping address is a PO Box or is different from its physical location, we will ship your request to your organization's physical address.

Licensing Requirements

This product includes a license that provides product updates and support for a specified duration. Meraki devices must be licensed to remain operational.

You will need to obtain new licenses before your old licenses expire to continue using this Meraki product. If you choose not to renew, you will no longer be able to manage this product and it will cease to function.

Meraki licenses use a "co-termination" licensing model by default, but you can opt in to per-device licensing through the Meraki Dashboard after you set up your account.

  • Co-termination licensing means that when you request new licenses for your devices, the terms of your new and existing licenses will be averaged together so that all of your licenses will expire on the same date.
  • Per-device licensing means that each of your products is licensed individually, and the licenses assigned to those products might expire on different dates.

Warranty and Support

Meraki covers this product with a three-year warranty.

Meraki provides enterprise-level support for all products with valid licenses.

Cancellations and Returns

If you need to cancel a request, you must do so before your request is approved by TechSoup.

Damaged or incorrect products can be exchanged or returned for a refund.

Cisco Meraki generally does not accept returns for other reasons. However, if you have special circumstances that you would like us to review, please contact us within 20 days of receipt of the items.
