The increasing migration of not-for-profit operations to a digital environment has created a new set of challenges for organisations. How can operations stay organised and effective through changing staff and volunteers? How can organisations best keep track of all their online initiatives, the constituents they serve, and the interactions of their supporters? How can they nurture new contacts into stakeholders? How can organisations ensure that their time, money, and resources are being leveraged effectively? The answer, luckily, is fairly simple — by implementing a platform known as a customer relationship management system or CRM.Posted on 28/04/2022 by -

Whether an IT user, or systems manager, this webinar will provide detail on how you and your team can take full advantage of the tools within Microsoft/Office 365 for collaborating across work sites. As workplaces look to how they can effectively facilitate flexible business operations, with teams in the office and working from home, this webinar begins to go beyond the crisis management 'quick wins' of basic Office 365 functionality (ie. Lastly, we will touch on some strategic considerations for your IT systems around remote work, in particular becoming a server-less organisation without any security impact. Course Outcomes By the end of this webinar your organisation will have an understanding of the following topics: The importance of Teams, OneDrive & Sharepoint for Remote Working - and examples of how they work for your NFP. Other tools within 365 that have significant benefits to Remote Working - and examples of how they can be applied in your team. How to be serverless and maintain security levels. Every year on the Thai-Myanmar border eighty nervous young scholars gather for one of the world’s most inspiring graduation ceremonies. As they wait quietly to take the stage, watched by emotional, moist-eyed parents who comprehend the enormity of their achievement more than they will for some years to come, the group of young Karen refugees could be any class, anywhere. But their graduation ceremony, in the sprawling Mae La refugee camp in Thailand, is one of the greatest examples of the triumph of the human spirit you are every likely to hear about.
